One of the regular questions I get as an advisor over here at BTS is, unsurprisingly, around financial aid for US students in Europe. Yes, there are quite a number of schools in the EU that have a federal ID number, and work with FAFSA. (You can apply this filter in our database.) But this might mean that they accept federal loans, and/or accept 529 funds, or allow for deferment only.
